The staff saved us at 1am, had a reservation at the downtown Ramada that would not honor our reservation price. Called the Baymont since we had just stayed there two weeks before for another Rodeo, they got us a room and honor the price we had two weeks before. Great Queen suite, lots of room so no one was right on top of each other. It will be our hotel of chioce everytime we are in Topeka.

Booked a disabled room a week in advance but instead received a small room with the most uncomfortable beds i have ever slept on. One of my children said the floor was more comfortable and in fact choose to sleep there. There were three towels, two hand towels and no wash clothes. They give guest Sauve shampoo and no conditioner. In the bathroom the ceiling in the southeast corner was discolored and peeling. In order to uses the bathroom and close the door you had to almost stand in the bath tub just to close it. They clam they have a sauna/ hot tub but in reality it's a not so hot tub that did not fully work. They had an exercise room with four pieces of equipment which I was afraid to even use. We only stayed one night and that was one too many. I was very disappointed and will not stay here ever again.

I have stay in several days inns. I thought that this being part of the same company that the hotel would be about the same Well I was wrong it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.There is a hot tub but in no way is it even Warm The beds were very hard there was mold in the bathroom no fridge in the room. To top it off I am disabled and I asked for a handicapped room a week in advance and Did not receive one. I was also disappointed when we tried the breakfast we were there at 8:15 there was very little to choose from and the coffee was the worst I have ever had. If this is what the Hotel chain is going to be like I WILL NEVER BE BACK.... If you have a choice to stay here or a parking lot in you car Stay in the car it will be a better Stay

hesitated about staying in this hotel from reading some of the reviews. this was definitely an excellent value. room was very clean and comfortable and was excellent condition. air conditioner worked great.
