The rooms were dirty, dark and dingy. Did not want to take my shoes off.
The whole property was full of young people suspiciously hanging out.
My husband overheard in the pool that most of the people there were friends of people that worked in the office and they were letting them stay there for free and party.
It seemed like a high school party. Our children were very uncomfortable.
Big gangs of young people all over the grounds - constant cars driving through, talking to the others who were there.
I did not feel comfortable walking from our car to the room alone.
Loud rap music, loud everything.
We decided it was not worth it to stay between the loud music and the general atmosphere of the whole place, so we requested a refund (which we got) and left.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed here one night on our way to Atlanta.

Pros: Beautiful property, well-maintained pool, rooms were clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff (even though the desk clerk seemed overworked). Smooth check-in and check-out. Good price obtained from the hotel website.

Cons: No internet connection. Can see the hotel immediately after leaving the exit, but hard to tell where to turn in (fortunately we stopped before dark). No breakfast or close fast food dining.

Male front desk clerk was extremely rude at check-in. He seemed pre-occupied with his social life more than his work ethics. His manager was no better, considering he was behind the desk, joking and laughing with him. The rooms were awful...I wouldn't let my cat stay in one, much less an actual human being. Needed several items (towels, tissue) and never got them, even after going to the desk. They said they were all out. The employee charged me more than what was on the advertised sign, and said it was because he knew I had two people, when it was only myself. When I questioned this, this is when the manager, if you can call him that, came around and defended the front desk clerk, stating it was policy to do things this way. In the morning, housekeeping knocked on my door at 9am, when checkout is not until 12. I explained I would not be leaving until around 12, but they still came back every hour on the hour. No free coffee in the morning, and no one at the desk when I tried to check out. A word of wisdom, if you value any type of cleanliness, respect, and love of your own life, do not ever stay at this dump again.

It was by far one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The rooms were dirty, the service was horrible. Upon arriving the key to the room didn't work, there were no pillows in the room and when we called the front desk to ask for an ashtray we were told they were bringing one up but it never arrived. The toliet ran all night
