We paid $74 - only booked it the night before - so no advance purchase discount; and while not the best value on our USA trip - for Tupelo it was the best price we could get for a motel with reasonable reviews on trip advisor.

It was relatively easy to find off the Natchez Trace Parkway, which we were driving northwards, Natchez to Nashville.

Check in was smooth, staff friendly, room clean and importantly we got the non-smoking room on the top floor that we requested - as far away as possible from the road and smoking rooms.

Breakfast the next morning was quiet substantial for a basic motel with scrambled eggs as well as boiled eggs on offer; plus the usual biscuits, small sausages, gravy. And all the cold options including yogurt and fruit.

Recommend for a 1 night stopover.

very nice clean room. nice flat screen tv and comfortable bed. internet was fast. doesnt look that nice from the outside to be honest but rooms were nice. i read the review about stay and was embarrased but i think they just looking for higher class of room adn they could have spent 20 bucks more and stayed at the comfort suits or clarion. but if looking for a decent nice room for about 80 bucks (87.40) then this would do. REMEMBER rooms are priced cause of location. this room would be about 65 to 70 in other towns.

Had to stop in Tupelo after returning from Disneyworld with my family. Had booked this a couple of months in advance. While the room was "decently" clean, the rest of the place seems to be pretty much a dump. Had reserved a room for my in-laws and was embarrased to put them up in it. I'll start calling these locations ahead of time from now on to get the low-down on them.

Awesome staff! Breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, etc. All included!
