Stay away from this property. No amenities, dirty rooms, holes in the towels and the list goes on and on.

Asked for a reduction in our bill which they did give us.

I have found with the Microtel chain that they are very inconsistent and hit or miss doesn't work when on the road.

In Tupelo on business. We are self-employed & were trying to find a decent place to stay the weekend for cheapest price possible. Boy, did we make a mistake! The room seemed clean except for the dirty carpet. Towels were cheap and very stained. No shampoo or kleenex. No pillowcase on half the pillows. Walls so thin the couple in the next room kept us up most of the night just talking. Everything in the room was old and dingy. Tub stained. To top it all off, the sign in front boasted "Dbls starting $39.95" with the word starting in small letters. Hard for us to see when we checked in at 10pm. Should have checked the price at the desk when we checked in. We stayed 2 nights. At checkout, we found out that the price per room doubles on the weekends. We could have stayed in many better places for that price. Then, we couldn't even get a printout of the bill at check out as they said their printer wasn't working. Needless to say, we'll never stay at any Microtel ever again!!

I have stayed at one other Microtel Hotel and it was great but this was horrible! No internet service, nasty linens, mold around the window and a large burn in the window seat the worst breakfast Ive seen. "New Dream Well Bedding With Thick Mattress Topper High Thread Count Linens And Extra Pillows" was posted on the web site but the beds put a hurt on me and my family. Avoid this place until they fix it!

I was one of a group who stayed at this hotel to attend a conference in Tupelo, MS. We stayed in the suites with one queen bed & sofa sleeper. There were no linens for sofa sleeper (staff had to find some -- took about 4 hours). There were crumbs in room, missing glass bottom in microwave, no batteries in TV remote, no shampoo/lotion/kleenex in bath, AND when we pulled out the sleeper sofas, 2 out of 3 of them had broken springs. We were able to prop one up with a coffee table, but the last one's mattress fell down to the floor -- it was not usable but for one person. We would not recommend this hotel.
