I recently "stayed" here for a nearby wedding. The price was only $99 but it was worth about $39 even in Boston. I say "stayed" as we did not even stay over night but used it as a parking/changing station; it was too shabby to attempt to sleep in - and the windows were so old that the freezing winter air just rushed through them, no matter what. The room was very musty and moldy, everything was very old. I would say it was as *clean* as it could be but that cannot overcome the old, run down nature of the place. My friend and I said we would've stayed overnight if we were young again and had too much to drink at the wedding! ;) Instead, we just cut our losses and got out - it was just far too uncomfortable with the dinginess, old, old blankets and sheets and carpet, bad smell and insecure locks to contemplate getting a good night's sleep. As others have said, it is a good location and it is inexpensive, but it just wasn't worth it for us.
