We stayed here one night while we were visiting friends in Boston. We were given a large, quiet room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient to the shops at restaurants in Quincy Market. The only negative is the area around the hotel is totally dead at night on the weekends (so don't expect to get coffee or a quick snack in the area). Quincy Market was about a 10 min walk. Service was fine; easy check-in and check-out. No problems getting a cab back to the airport, even at 6:30 am on a Sunday.

despite heavy construction on the building, which completely eliminated any view that I might have had, the hotel staff went above & beyond to ensure I had a satisfactory stay. Beautiful, large room, great powerful shower, great (amazing) quality product selections (shampoo, conditioner etc.). Location is perfect for site seeing around Boston & close to subway station. I will definitely stay there again. Thanks Hilton Downtown Boston!

Awesome room and great location. Concierge was very friendly. Front desk made us dinner reservations, even the restaurant bar tender opened a bottle of wine for us that we brought----great over-all experience. Been here several times and never disappoints

The rooms are beautiful, the location is unbeatable. We had a family emergeny that brought us into Boston. After a long day at the hospital, it was so nice to come back to a beautiful hotel in a central location with a fabulous staff. Thank you to the Hilton for greeting us and making us so comfortable in the midst of a very difficult and trying situation.
