Advantages: nice views of Boston harbor, shuttle to Logan airport, clean rooms and bathrooms, easy check-in

Dsadvantage: even though it looks like the location is centralized, you have to take the subway to downtown Boston. this is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Hotel is a very convenient business hotel, but didn't quite measure up to the normal quality of Hyatt brand:
Pros:
- Near to airport, free shuttle bus
- Nice meeting rooms
- Friendly staff
- Bar open until 1am
- Boat directly into Boston from hotel

Cons:
- Rooms are just OK, clean enough but ordinary
- Movies are $18
- Food in hotel restaurant is distinctly average
- Breakfast is good, but really expensive
- Loudness: walls are paper thin and you can hear everything

All in all, I gave it 3 stars because my company paid for the trip, otherwise I would have rated it as a 2

Phenominal service and very clean rooms! The staff made me feel so comfortable and was always asking if I needed anything. Very professional and warm. The rooms are immaculate as well.

We chose this location for relief from suburb based family. We were given a room over looking the harbor. Simply, the best hotel view I have ever had. Staff were exceptionally helpful and engaged throughout the stay. Bar is unique and restaurants were always well occupied. This property is what I expect from Hyatt and the delivery exceeded expectations.
