“Nice Hotel, Clean and Very Convenient”

I traveled to Boston this past weekend to see my friend's band play at the Brighton Music Hall. I wanted a hotel that was clean and comfortable, close to the venue, and reasonably priced with free parking. I got all those things at the Best Western Terrace. My room was spotlessly clean, small and not lavishly furnished, but nice, and it only cost me $89 for the night, a serious bargain in Boston. The staff was friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast was very good with many choices, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

“Good enough!”

This hotel, although a little tricky to get to, is in a good area. We were picking up our son from Boston University and it was only 5 minutes away from him. It's very close to Boston College as well. The T-line is super close to the hotel also. The rooms could definitely use some updating but they were comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of options and was very good.

The big bonus to staying here... FREE PARKING!

Room Tip: We got a room with a King Size bed and it had a separate bedroom and living room/efficiency!

The employees at the Best Western Terrace Inn are pleased that you enjoyed your stay at our hotel. You are right - the location is great, the breakfast plentiful and the free parking is a huge bonus! There are only a few hotels in Boston that offer free parking and we take pride in offering this to our guests.

We have started to refurbish our guestrooms, breakfast area and lobby. Among the many changes, the guestrooms have been painted and bed linens updated. We have also re-carpeted the breakfast room and replaced the furniture in the lobby!

“Ridiculous parking and staff”

This hotel is a joke. It is on the side of a hill, we could barely get out of the car because of how steep the hill we had to park on. The htl staff called us (my mom and I) in the middle of the night saying to us that there were complaints that our room was being too noisy....we were asleep, it was 1:00am. There was noise from outside but it was not us. After being startled at that hour we were awake for a few hours. I asked the next morning if they made a habit of calling their guests in the middle of the night without checking to see if they had the right room, they insisted they checked, which of course we know that they couldn't have because they would have seen that our room was dark and quiet. Please check your windows to be sure they are locked ours we both unlocked, this place is basically a motel. I would never stay there again and would recommend that no one stay there.

“Clean and convenient”

We stayed overnight at this hotel while in the Allston/Brighton area for a concert. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was somewhat outdated, but very clean, and it included a microwave and a small refrigerator. Having free WiFi at a value-priced facility was definitely a plus. We also liked the fact that we were within walking distance of several restaurants (and it appears to be a safe neighborhood). The only downside was that the mattress and pillows were too soft for my taste.

“Basic but funcional”

Stayed two nights over thanksgiving weekend. The first room"s toilet was not working so were given another room that was larger and on the first floor. Bed was comfortable, room was clean (bedspread of first room;s bed was rather garish) with free WI-fi and free breakfast. Small room for breakfast but we wound up with a table.

Good overall value for a hotel room in the middle of Brookline, Mass.. Would stay there again.

Room Tip: Ask for a ground floor
