“good location and price”

As Boston hotels were super $$$$, we decided to save some money and try out a b&b. The studio is medium size with a double size bed that drops from a wall. It also had a microwave and some dishes as well.There's additional linen/towels in a closet in the hallway.

The stairs did creak, and the bed could have been more comfortable, however for what we paid for, it was still worth it.

The location was great as it was 5 minutes to the train with an easy walk through the gorgeous residential area of Back Bay. It gave us that Boston feel.

We also forgot our suit at the studio and the owner was kind enough to send it to us.

Appelton Studio B is a great place to stay! It was clean and comfortable, the check-in process was easy, and the owner was very helpful. The price was much lower than many other places, and the location is great! (within walking distance of a T-stop and centrally located). This is a great place to stay for vacation, but it also gives you a more "authentic feel" of what it is like to live in Boston.

Location was okay, the bed was a sad version of a sofa bed. The studio itself was okay, creaky stairs leading up to the studio and one can hear the upstairs creaks as well. I wouldn't stay here again. Ttishi
