First trip to the US and booked hotel online as read Trip Advisor feedback. Charlesmark was in a great location. We walked throughout Boston from the hotel but could easily have taken the 'T' located across the street. Close to shops, restaurants and the Freedon Trail. Excellent service from reception, good continental breakfast in the bar area and free tea/coffee all day if required. Lovely room and fabulous bathroom. Loved the Duck Tour and walked to Harvard Uni - took an hour and a half but worth it. Would definitely use this hotel again and recommend to all.

“Classy and Well Situated”

Our third time to the Charlesmark and owner gave us complimentary drinks for anniversary to start...right outside is the Boston library, Newbury street and the Prudential Center. Cannot beat the location...rooms are on the small side but you are in heart of the city and the staff is great. Love this little nugget.

“Perfect location”

My husband and I stayed here while attending a wedding. We were so pleased with the location, the service, the breakfast, the room, and our view from the 6th floor. It was very easy to park in front of the hotel for checking in and out. The walk to the parking garage was reasonable. I liked being able to have hot tea at any time in the bar area. We would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Try to choose a room on a high floor facing the street.

This hotel was very reasonably priced. The rooms were very clean and well decorated. Staff were nice and helpful. Great stay!
