“Excellent staff, good services, GREAT Value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 February 2012

The staff in the hotel went above and beyond to help my trip work out. This is my 3rd time, 14 nights total, to stay in this hotel or its sister Comfort Inn. I have stayed with my family, with just my son, and by myself. The Shuttle services to and from Logan Airport and the JFK/UMass T station made staying at the Hotel convenient. The hot breakfast, shuttles, and room price made it an outstanding value. I would and have recommended the Ramada Boston and its sister Comfort Inn to others several times. There are several nearby eating places, a grocery store, and pharmacy. I found it convenient to tourist locations south by bus and via the T to downtown and even Lexington and Concord. If you are travelling to Boston for medical treatment, they have a good Hospital rate.

Room Tip: Rooms on the west side are quieter.

“Excellent service, acceptable rooms”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 December 2011

I LOVED the free shuttle & Breakfast. The hotel is also located right next to a bowling alley and some great restaurants (as well as an amazing Chocolate store). I cannot say enough about how amazing the service was. They really went above and beyond. The breakfast was pretty good and the room was acceptable. You get what you pay for so don't expect a 4 star room. If you know what you are paying for this is a GREAT deal.

“Stay and Park”

I am glad I had my GPS to find this place. I saw the hotel from I-93, but in Boston that doesn't mean it will be easy to get to. This Ramada Inn is about 15 minutes from Logan and has an afordable Stay and Park rate. The shutlle to the airport runs 24/7 plus service to the T. The rooms was clean and otherwise okay. The service is that famous Northeastern hospitality (brisk and not too warm). This Ramada is part of a complex with two decent resturants and a bowling alley. i will probably avoid staying here again. They insisted on copying (Xeroxing) my drivers license. I think this is totally unneccssary, an invasion of my privacy and opens me to identiy theft.

This was an excellent base for Boston.A little out of town but an excellent shuttle service to and from Airport and to the nearest Metro station. Very informative driver of shuttle bus.Liam who gave us a good historical commentary on our trips. Hotel was very helpful especially when key cards went wrong. Limited eating facilities in immediate area. but breakfasts were good.

“2 Days in Boston”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 October 2011

Booked the Ramada Inn over the internet the morning that we were due to arrive.Very Quick and easy to arrange. Came in from Cape Cod and found the hotel easily off I93.

Staff were very freindly and couldn't do enough to help. It was pouring when we arrived and very cold, but room was warn and clean. Went into Boston in the evening and a Shuttle bus takes you to the nearest Subway Station (Red LIne JFK/ UMAS (T station)). Journey lasts about 10 minutes and then it is a 10 minute journey into downtown Boston. Bus leaves hotel every 30 mins on the hour and at half past the hour.

Bus picks up from the T station at 15 minutes and 45 minutes past the hour right up until 11pm but if you are having a night out in the city you can call the hotel to arrange a later pick up.

Hotel has a good continental breakfast included and free coffee all day long.

There are couple of restuarants within walking distance and shops about 600 yards away.

Never been in Boston before but would come back here to this hotel anytime. It is a bit out of the city but transport links are very good and hotel staff very helpful.

Found it excellent value for money and location. They also have a shuttle that picks up and drops off from Logan airport every hour.

Also has free WIFI with good speed.
