The apartment we stayed in was very cute, however, my family members who were in another apartment experienced bed bugs - they were even visible on the bed. They moved them to another apartment and they still woke with bite marks.The water heater broke twice over a 7 day period which left us with no hot water at all for several hours. The pillow cases are really pillow shams that look like they have never been washed. It is a great location however and with a few new mattresses and some clean sheets it could be a great place. My advice is -- if you stay there bring your own bedding including a plastic fitted bed sheet in case of bed bugs.

I have stayed at Zee Paragon Suites numerious times over the last few years. Under older management it was somewhat amusing and often frustrating dealing with them. They let the property go down and didn't seem to care about guest needs. Under newer management the atmosphere changed a great deal. Service and attention to guests and details improved greatly. The much over-worked staff, I learned as my stay continued, were doing the best they could with limited resources available to them. They, however, bent over backwards to help with any problem or question that came up. When looking at availability for places to stay this year, I checked various places. I found ads for short term places on Craig's List and other locations. When it came to good olde Zee Paragon Suites I was totally baffled. One ad would state available for only certain dates while another ad offered accommodations wide open. I soon realized that on some ads the descriptions of available rooms was not accurate and in fact misleading. Since Ihad been there before I noticed this right off. The new management needs to better control the advertising of their suites and the availability. It would be a shame to see all of their hard work go back downhill as it was in the past with previous management, Overall, for value and service you cannot beat Zee Paragon Suites.
