We absolutely loved our stay at the Mandarin Oriental this last weekend in January. The service is impeccable. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating. From the front desk, to the bellmen, to the concierge, to the spa staff, to the restaurant manager. We had a great, relaxing time, which was exactly what we needed. I would recommend the Boston Mandarin Oriental highly, to anyone that is considering staying there. You won't be disappointed!

Everything about the stay was absolutely perfect. Hotel staff was super courteous and helpful in every regard! Will definitely look to stay at at a MO on our next trip. Location is great as well to walk around Back Bay.

We stayed in a regular room over a long weekend. It was a great base given its proximity to Newbury Street, the Prudential and Copley shopping malls, and the Boston Common. The staff were terrific and always welcoming. The restaurant and bar were warm with good drinks and food. The rooms were very comfortable for two and it was a nice romantic base for couples. I had a car with me, and the valet service was quick and responsive. I would highly recommend the MO versus the other options in Boston.

Such excellent service at this hotel! We really enjoyed our elegant room with a wonderful deep tub, separate shower and makeup area. The only complaint is that our hot water didn't work unless we ran it for 10 min....Our complementary Mandarin Tea Service was a nice touch! We liked that the mall was connected to our hotel so that we didn't have to venture out in the the cold for a little shopping. Definitely would go back anytime:)
