This hotel was very modern and up-to-date. The staff were friendly and helpful, so the service was excellent. And the business center was very nice. However, the room did not have a microwave or refrigerator. And parking was $41 for over night parking.

I am a Diamond Level member in Hilton program, so I always stay at Hilton when I can. This is a great property in a really great location. Very close to many restaurants and shopping and highly recommend. Not quite the level of the Intercontinental, but really great. Quiet bar, but great service and great food. The Club Sandwhich for lunch is awesome!

I liked 1) the location which is near Newberry Street and a good sized mall 2) the hotel room is reasonably up to date, quite modern 3) reasonable gym equipment 4) staff - quite friendly and helpful

I didn't like 1) the pillows, which were very uncomfortable 2) the standard buffet was a bit disappointing

All in all - a sound hotel choice

We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and are happy to report that they continue to upgrade, redecorate and live up to the high standards we have come to expect.

We are near a daughter who is a student at The Boston Conservatory here, and close to another who works in Boston.

This hotel is staffed by professionals and meets all of our needs. The rooms are a good size, well-appointed, exceptionally clean and quiet. Their showers are amazing for the city! We got a high floor and had a beautiful view.

We were able to walk everywhere we needed to be from here, which is a big plus in Boston (Back Bay and Fenway neighborhoods). We met our adult children for meals, grabbed some needed supplies at a pharmacy, and just enjoyed our stay.

The Hynes Convention Center is a very short walk as is the Prudential Center (across one street, then indoors).

I highly recommend this hotel; it is the best these neighborhoods in Boston has to offer.
