“Exceeded expectations”

This hotel surpassed my expectations. The lobby has a modern feel to it and is complimented by tHe bar and restaurant. This hotel has the first restaurant where the breakfast experience is totally different from the dinner experience, while making both meals a true pleasure.

The hotel is perfectly located near the T (subway) and right across the street from Quincy market.

The bedroom is very comfortable and the beds felt even better.

All of ethe hotel features were perfectly combined with great service from the entire staff. From the knowledgeable doormen to the courteous restaurant staff. The General Manager of this hotel must be very proud of his team.pp

When I come back to Boston, I will definitely stay here again.

“Great Location”

The Marriott Long Wharf is a great location for enjoying the sights in Boston. It is steps from a Legal Seafoods Restaurant (which I highly recommend), near the Freedom Trail, Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are typical Marriott, and try to get a room with a water view.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a water view.

“A bit of a disappointment”

Reserved/requested 2 connecting rooms for one night. Paid for Deluxe, which claimed to be Harbor View. One of the 2 rooms had a nice view of harbor; second room had older, fogged windows; and there was hardly a view. Although the hotel claims to be "non-smoking"; there was a strange odor in both rooms. Rooms are outdated and overpriced. Lobby, however, is beautiful. Nice buffet breakfast.

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. Although our hotel receives very high scores for the cleanliness and upkeep of our rooms, there are those occasions where the window seals do go bad which can lead to a fog between the panes of glass. We will work with our housekeeping staff immediately to identify any other windows that have this issue as well as any odor issues. We certainly want to ensure that all of guests enjoy the wonderful views of the harbor. “Boston Get Away”

can't say enough about this hotel. We were at their opening 29 years ago and many times since and have never had a bad experience. Got a great view ,comfy beds and it was very clean ! Staff was helpful in all ways.

Room Tip: I spoke to the hotel directly and told them what we needed and got a great room.

The selling point of this hotel is the location: right next to Quincy Market! The hotel is lovely and right on the waterfront. Lots to look at just wandering around.
