We used to stay here every time we visited and the hotel was fine. It's clean but is in serious need of repair.plus it has an old, stale smell. We will not stay here again.

We stayed here for our trip to Asheville. Close proximity to Biltmore Estate. Quiet & calm atmosphere. Room was clean & they provided Refrigerator & Microwave as promised in the booking. Staff was good, check in & check out was done in less than 2 mins. excellent. Overall the stay was good.

We stayed here because nothing else was avaialbe last weekend. This place is terrible, dirty, outdated, TV was 1950 vintage, carpet was so old and looked dirty so I wore flip flops while in the room. Sleeping in your car may be a better option.

We chose to stay at the Ho Jo because of its proximity to the entrance to the Biltmore estate. Some of the reviews we read before making our final decision left us wondering if we made a wise choice......We Did! Certainly not a new development, but our room was clean and very pleasant. The staff was professional and pleasant and the Continental breakfast presented us with several delicious choices. The only negative we experienced was that the breakfast area was too small to accomodate everyone who showed up to eat at the same time one morning. I plan on returning for another visit to the estate because it is impossible to fully enjoy in one outing.
