Nothing special, very small bathroom and same breakfast hot option every morning. On the third morning we decided to just skip it. It is easy to get on the highway from hotel location. Hotel staff very friendly.

I have been staying at a few comfort suites now and this one was a little different. I am guessing it was different because its older than the ones I have stayed in recently. They had no flat screens and the room was a little smaller than what I am used to. All in all the location was good. It was right next to the mall and walking distance to a few restaurants. The staff was really nice and the room was clean but dated like I stated earlier.(Nice views of the mountains from the 5th floor)
I think they need to get this hotel up to date. It is still worth staying here though if you are in the area. It serves the purpose.

Driving through the Great Smokey Mountains, we stopped here for the night. Charles, who checked us in gave us directions to local restaurants and lounges that we might like. The hotel was bright and clean and a welcome respite from the road.

this is a good choice not Spectacular and dog rooms are very limited like only first floor
no views, kinda strange being isolated..
