From the moment we arrived, it was perfect. We were allowed a slightly late check in and everything was perfect. We had the "Green" room with the balcony and it was perfect to take our morning coffee up (served an hour or so before breakfast).
BREAKFAST! What a fantastic experience that was alone. The food was impeccable. The hospitality was amazing, and the fact that they were so friendly to the gay community allowed us to concentrate on the more important things - i.e. the beauty of the house, attractions, the downtown area, the mountains, etc.
We were told that we "Always had a home in Asheville," and I couldn't have described my sentiments more perfectly. It was a flawless visit!
