I'd read many of the reviews here which said that if you are a Starwood member, you should ask for the 5th floor (which, as it turns out is set aside for SPG members as per a sign just off the lift), and get a room on the town side, not the highway side. It's also generally going to be cheaper than the Renaissance (right across the street) or the Indigo and if you just want to sleep, it's fine. Thank you for your feedback. Our property is 42 years old but we were renovated 5 years ago and are due this year for another renovation per Starwood standard. My Front Desk staff try their best to make sure everyone has an honest, uncomplicated, comfortable stay. We appreciate your business and look forward to you visiting us again soon.
