What a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate your soul! The Inn is 1st class in accommodations, comfort and service - it's warm without being formal and pretentious! Driving through the gates onto the Biltmore property, you're in for a treat! Shuttle service on the estate makes it possible to visit The Bistro, DeerPark, the Winery and the Village all of which provide dining and entertainment options. The staff we've encountered there on each trip (many years now) have all been proud to be part of the Biltmore company and most seem to delight in sharing the grand history of this treasure! The Inn offers a comfortable anchor while you explore the estate and marvel at the stewardship that has taken place with this historic gem! What a place!!

We spent two nights there earlier this month. The accommodations and staff are outstanding. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The Bed and Breakfast package included Biltmore admission, audio tour headphones, a souvenir book and breakfasts. We spent several hours touring the house and took the Friends and Family tour which took us to some of the upstairs back bedrooms and gave us a good feeling for the guests that the Vanderbilts entertained at Biltmore. It was still too early for the garden to be in bloom, but the green houses and conservatory were open and there was an outstanding orchid display.
At the base of the Inn is the Deer Park Village - some shops, winery and store. We saw a touring exhibit of Tiffany lamps. They were beautiful and it was a unique opportunity to see so many Tiffany lamps in one spot.
We had dinner at the Inn dining room one night and the food and service were excellent. The next night we ate in the Library room, choosing some appetizers and salads for a lighter meal.
All in all we felt pampered and taken care of as if we were some of the wealthy family or friends of the Vanderbilts. I would definitely recommend the Inn for a relaxing, enjoyable time.

My husband, mother and I spent a weekend at the Inn on Biltmore Estate in January. Having stayed at the Grove Park Inn previously, we were looking forward to a new experience in Asheville. The Inn on Biltmore is a lovely hotel with a more peaceful vibe than the Grove Park. It feels more intimate and updated, and I think there were fewer children than we experienced at the Grove Park. The room we stayed in was generous in size and had a lovely view of the mountains. The bathroom was very well appointed and clean. My mother's room was equally nice. One slightly negative thing that we all noticed was that the TV had very few channels, and the volume was quite loud each time you turned it on. We ate in the Library for dinner and the larger restaurant on the lower floor for breakfast. Both were very nice, with excellent service and food. Being able to use the Inn's shuttle to get around the Biltmore property is a huge perk, which I feel is worth quite a bit in terms of convenience and reduced wear and tear on you. The weekend we were there was rainy and cool, and it was especially appreciated. My husband and I went to the spa (he for a massage and me for a facial). He was quite happy with his massage. I was not very satisfied with my facial (so superficial that I didn't have a "glow" for even 5 minutes after I left the spa). I would return to the Inn on Biltmore, but I would not return to the spa for a facial. All of the personnel that we encountered at the Inn were well trained and went out of their way to accommodate us. One final thing: One night that we were in Asheville, we ate at Frankie Bones and enjoyed it very much. If you decide to leave the property to eat, I would recommend this restaurant.

Just do it, you know you want to! Get a room with a view and take time to walk the property.
