I book and recieved confirmation for a room with three beds. 12 days later, received mail stating that I was switched to a room with 2 beds. Called to ask why, they stated that they ran out and gave me what they had left. After I explained that I had a confirmation with 3 beds, they suggested I go somewhere else because I wasn't happy. Spoke with the owner, he explained that sometimes the City of Commerce that I booked through doesn't always have the correct information on availability, so the first confirmation I received was negated.Bad customer service.

Wildwood will do the utmost to assure that each guest receives the requested room. Unfortunately, this occasion found it necesssary to make other arrangements for the guests due to reasons beyond our control. We do give the guests the option to choose another setting if we cannot meet their needs with no penalty or loss of deposit. This offer is made with utmost good faith and sincere desire to help the guests find accommodation that will meet their needs and to make sure they are happy with their lodging needs.
