Internet doesn't work. This place is truly the worst-- even the iced tea tastes fermented. A very bad idea to stay here.

If you are looking for a hotel in Beaumont with a nice restaurant, bar, spa and room service, this is it. We stayed in 5 different rooms including suites and all of them had comfortable beds with a microwave and refrigerator. All of the bathrooms need to be updated and the owners should replace all of the shower heads, but overall this place is clean and attractive for Beaumont. They have a nice breakfast buffet and the restaurant is open until 10:00pm. The food is very good.

We had our company christmas party at this venue last week and the service was great! Great menu options and tons of food for our guests. We did the unlimited bar for 3 hours and had no problems or long lines at the bar. We had music and plenty of space to dance - the room was set up and looked great - the hotel provided the decor so all we had to bring were the gifts for our employees. I worked with Cheryl Bilyeu to plan the event and I would definitely recommend this venue!

I recently graduated from Lamar University and I had my reception party at The Elegante. Cheryl made sure that I left no rock unturned. She even helped me with my invitations. The party was even better than walking across the stage to get my diploma. The food was great, the staff was very helpful and courteous,and the price was reasonable. I will make sure that I see Cheryl again to schedule my daughter's upcoming high school graduation dinner.
