The room was comfortable and the location very convenient to exploring Bandelier. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

This hotel meets and exceeds the high standards set by Hilton. My room was spotless, quiet, and very large, and the fridge and microwave came in very handy, since the town the hotel is in (White Rock) has few restaurants. I travelled every morning to Los Alamos National Lab, which took no more than 15 minutes each way, and the drive was beautiful. From what I've heard about other hotels in the town of Los Alamos, I'm glad that I stayed here -- it was perfect for work. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town.

On my last stay I encountered an unpleasant reservation experience, but the follow up by Management after the fact convinced me to give them another chance. This time, my reservation and check in with smoothly, the staff were friendly and efficient, the room (as always) was clean, large and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast very good. Free internet access worked seamlessly. There is plenty of free parking.

This is truly a very nice facility and I have already reserved a room three weeks from now.

We stayed here one night to attend our granddaughter’s high school graduation. Our
flight was delayed 3 hours due to rain and then it was almost a 3 hour drive to the Hampton. We arrived about midnight and were grateful to collapse into bed as the ceremonies commenced about 9am.......We have stayed here on several occasions and
it is a typical well-run Hampton with a decent breakfast.
