I stayed at the Canyon Inn for a month and a half. Beginning at my arrival and continuing throughout my stay Ken and Glenda made me feel very welcome and at home. Both of the rooms I stayed in (more on that later) were comfortable and clean. Breakfast items like cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, milk, and coffee are provided for each guest to prepare their own breakfast. The kitchen (and refrigerator space) is also available if you wish to buy groceries and cook meals.
When I booked my room, I had waited until I was afraid it would be too late. Because I was making an extended stay, there were just a few nights that they had no space. Ken found me a room at another place and arranged payment with the other facility so that I would have a seamless invoice for reimbursement purposes. This is only one example of how friendly and helpful the Ashleys are. Upon my return to the Canyon Inn I stayed in a different room. If my travels bring me back to Los Alamos, I definitely want to stay at the Canyon Inn again.
