Nice hotel when traveling on business but don't depend on the shuttle service. There are man business traveler staying here and there is only one shuttle an morning and evening rush are a problem. For 5 or 6 bucks if you are doing business local take can. Nice that it is attached to a very upscale mall help fill the lone business traveler evenings. Michaels is a nice resturant the lounge is nice but lacks service, sat there for 30 minutes one evening and no one ever came over for service so we left. Other evenings the server seem like she was overwhelmed.

My husband and I came here for a quick romantic weekend. We live only an hour from here and thus didn't want to do much other than relax, eat and shop. Our room was beautiful and exactly what you can expect from a Ritz. My husband ordered some speciality items from the in house pastry shop and they were perfect. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast in bed and a great dinner in the lobby restaurant. Overall we had an excellent time.

Enjoyed our visit to the Ritz. Room was outstanding. Service fabulous. Breakfast in the restaurant was included in our rate. The breakfast was nice but pretty basic. Wouldn't want to pay the menu price for what was offered. Enjoyed the live music in the lounge. A great visit. Can't wait to return.

I stayed here for one night with some family in December, to go shopping. On the day of our arrival we went to Tysons I until we could get into our room. We shopped at Tysons II that night and ate at P.F. Chang's. We love the Ritz Carlton Club and went there for breakfast, lunch, and various snacks. The service was impeccable and the room was very nice. I very much enjoyed my stay and can't wait to go back next year!
