The room smelled like stale cigarettes (despite the "nonsmoking room" sign on the TV), the heater took 5 hours to warm the room up with its hottest setting blowing lukewarm air, and we had to run the pipes for 5+ minutes for hot water to reach the room, which seems a bit sacrilegious in the desert, and we didn't realize was necessary, so we just thought we had no hot water at first... We couldn't adjust the TV volume or scroll down through the channels with the remote control (it would only scroll up or you could type in the channel number) and half the channels on the TV simply didn't have any volume. BUT, great location, super friendly staff (we did complain about the heat & hot water and someone came by to check it out immediately), & the off-season price was hard to beat. Room was clean, fridge was big, microwave worked fine, and it was nice to have a set of dishes & silverware provided.
