We stayed in one of their suites. Everything was perfect. Please understand that we are not easy to please. It's probably one of the best places to stay in Moab, suite or not. The location is very handy, but because the outlook is parking lot it just can't be given 5 stars. There are a couple of palace-like places on the outskirts of Moab that I could have looked at, but you would have to drive every time you needed a sandwich.

Hotel is right in town within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was great.

One the plus side - large rooms, good breakfast options, and a good number of tables in the breakfast room for the size of the hotel (although tour groups can come in waves and overwhelm the seating), fridge in room, excellent location (center of town) friendly staff.

On the minus side - split level floors that can make it hard to transfer luggage (be prepared to carry cases up stairs) noisy airconditioning, relatively expensive, by comparison with other hotels in Moab.

We got a top level floor and had no problems with noise.

Our children were disappointed that we didn't stay in the Rodeway Inn (it has a water slide in the pool that is very obvious from the main street - but read the reviews and make your own choice....)

Park your car and plan to walk around. Within one block there are restaurants, shopping, and visitor center. Breakfast is good, loud and crowded. Lots of tourists and a stern warning to not put your bike in your room. Nice hotel if you like to be in the middle of everything and not do much driving.
