After seeing the outragous lodging rates in Moab, we decided to give this place a try. We had never stayed in an RV park and didn't know what to expect. I've read some bad reviews about this place and don't think they are deserving (and I'm very particular). Come on people....it is what it is....an RV Park along the highway! We reserved a cottage that supposedly slept 3, but luckily there were only 2 of us because it was tiny, tiny, tiny! The RV park was clean with security gate access, the staff was friendly, and the cottage was clean. Absolutely no sign of mice as another reviewer wrote. It was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. We were in the middle of the park, so did not get the highway noise that some complain about. Yes, the dumpster was full when we arrived on Sunday after Utah had a huge tourist weekend. It was emptied Monday morning. If you're looking for fancy, go somewhere else, but for affordable lodging in Moab, we really enjoyed our stay!

We rented two cabins, they were really great. I totally enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were really soft, best night sleep I had in a long time. The place were clean and kept up really nice. The pool could have been bigger. But all in all it was a great time.

This campground kept my $67 deposit because I didn't cancel my reservation a entire MONTH in advance (I canceled a week in advance) They claim they told me when I made the reservation that I could only get my $67 deposit back if I canceled a month before my arrival date, although I am sure they did not. To add insult to injury, they will now re-rent the space I canceled and they will make twice the money! This is a disreputable and unethical company. Beware of this place - I highly regret doing business with them.

The office staff was nice enough and it is closest camp/rv park to arches are its pluses. However it was tough to sleep with a terrible stench at night and noise from freeway. I would relate the smell to warm stagnant sewer. Another reason it was tough to sleep and a main reason we wouldn't return is rodents in the cabin. We constantly heard scurrying around the sink area and even saw one run across the floor. We left as soon as we could.
