“Lacking Friendliness”

Dream Keeper Inn is a beautiful property. It could be an oasis in the desert. I stay at B&B's to feel like I'm visiting rather than just touring and to get some good suggestions on what to do. If you are looking for this, don't stay here.
My sister and I arrived at 2:30pm after a long drive. I had forgot the check-in time but thought we must be close. We rang the bell and introduced ourselves. The response was a quick "Check-in is at 4:00" and the door shut. I respect timelines but expected friendliness.
The next day I tried to talk to Dave about the area, but he was not familiar with where we had been.
The next morning another guest asked if they had an egg since he was allergic to breakfast. The answer was "No."

“Green Oasis”

Recently spent 4 lovely nights at the Dreamkeeper. Beautiful rooms, very very clean, lovely green grounds with wonderful pool -- much welcome sight after all the red rocks! Nice hammocks under the trees, nice breakfasts (they must be reading the reviews -- we had protein every day!) plus all the little touches make this the place to return to! Thank you Dave and Kim!

“Lovely place!”

Stayed here for just one night and would like to have stayed longer! Rooms were beautifully presented and cared for. The garden and pool area were very welcome on a warm day and also very well kept. The hosts, Dave and Kim were pleasant and helpful and breakfast was good, although a choice might have been nice. I would definately stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Moab.

“Very nice!”

This is a really well located B&B, so handy for town. The property is very well maintained, nice pool and hot tub. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated.
Yes, I agree the innkeepers are a little inflexible (I felt sorry for the English people having to have cream in their morning tea! 2% milk would have been an easy option to suit those who prefer whole/skim/1% milk). No alternate breakfast choices are offered (not even a bowl of cereal).
If you want privacy the main house may not be a good choice, while it was very peaceful and quiet we were very aware of other guests. The two rooms in the garden seemed more secluded.

“Perfect Place to Holiday”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 June 2007

Our room was ideal. They have a wonderful garden and pool. Cleanliness was quite good. Breakfasts could have been a little"heartier". many of the guests were doing extreme sports and some more protein at breakfast would have helped. Owner was very friendly and helpfulpful, bed was very comfortable. We are picky ex-innkeepers and this is a place we wish we could frequent.
