Stayed for two nights Columbus weekend.
- Quick, easy check-in and check-out.
- Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. They recommended restaurants (and which to avoid!), good viewpoints for photos, trails for hiking, which were all great recommendations--some hidden gems we didn't know about. The manager even spent about 10 minutes on the phone trying to find out information for us on availability for the Fiery Furnace hike at Arches, which requires reservations (which we weren't aware of) and provided us with the number for the Park itself. When we turned on the room heater--it was cold Columbus Day weekend--it was dusty, so it set off the smoke alarm, but the front desk responded immediately and no problems after that.
- Rooms are comfortable, but there are only 2 pillows on the queen beds, so I used a pillow from the other unused queen.
- Room and bathroom were clean, except for some grunge at the bottom of the shower door on both the inside and outside; looked like hard water build-up.
- Coffee maker and refrigerator in room are very handy.
- Plenty of outlets for computer, cell phone & camera chargers.
- Breakfast is very good, consisting of cereal, milk, juice, coffee (including decaf), muffins, doughnuts, fruit, and lots of different teas (which my husband loved). The hot items were waffles, french toast and toast, but don't expect bacon and eggs, although they provide hard-boiled eggs. Not much seating, but there are a couple of tables at the top of the stairs.
- complimentary coffee & tea available in lobby all the time.
- We didn't hear much noise at night, but did in the hallways in the early in the morning when people are leaving.
- wi-fi was super easy to connect and worked great (just be aware it's not a secured network)
-We didn't use the dining room, so can't speak to that.
- Good location, not quite in the center of town, but a little south.
Will definitely book here again when we go.
- Moab Sleep Inn
