“Very nice”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 July 2011

This hotel was recommended by other TripAdvisor users. The desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Check-in was quick, and I was in my room shortly upon arrival. I had a second floor room, and to my knowledge there was not an elevator. (While this was not a problem for me, it may be an issue for a traveler with a lot of luggage.) The room itself was a standard Days Inn room. It was large with a lot of work space, and it included a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure, but the height of the shower head was too low for me. The head was removable, so that helped. The Internet connection was workable but rather slow. The room rate was very reasonable. All told, I would stay here again if I were to return to the Greeneville area.

“Very friendly & nice house keepers”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 June 2011 via mobile

The rooms are clean, nice town, next door there is a family dollar which sells grocerys too, a Mexican restaurant, and a hairdressing salon just a walk away. The housekeepers are regular & very friendly. We had a good time.

“Disgusted”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 April 2009

During our two night stay for the Aug. Bristol race, we found our room not cleaned after returning late from Saturday night race. Night clerk could not help us and didn't even offer clean towels. We asked and received only two bath towels. At check out the next morning, the clerk said we had our do not disturb sign out. There was no sign on our door and was not one even in the room! Clerk refused to discuss and said to call 1-800-Days Inn if I wanted to compain. Rooms are outdated, unclean, and applicances broken down. They also billed our credit card twice for this stay and I had to complain to the credit card company to get it fixed! Sent letter to the owner and received no response. Days Inn corporate did finally issue us a small refund. With the inflated room prices for race weekend, this was one of the cheaper places, but I would rather pay a little more than stay at this hotel again!!

“Non-Smoking Rooms”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 January 2008

I booked a non-smoking room and it stank so bad from cigarettes I asked to be moved. I was told it used to be a smoking room. The smell of cigarettes was even in the pillow cases and sheets. They had a yellow appearance instead of white.
If they are going to change it from a smoking room to a
non-smoking room, the walls and everything in it should be cleaned and repainted.
