Again, some of the reviews are a bit critical but I had a very comfortable stay her, true the double glazing is pretty ineffective and its on a busy street that seems to stop at 2.00 am and start again at 6.00 but you are in SF, didn't feel threatened at all by being supposedly near Tenderloin district, staff great, value fine, and its an older property so its bound to creak a bit. The low point is the plumbing, it makes such a noise and the plug in the bath in my room was ineffective. Had breakfast in the hotel one day, it was ok, Sears is the same price and worth the walk down the hill.

This hotel is in a good location. The front desk staff were helpful. The room was nicely appointed, the bathroom was quite compact however for us this wasn't a major issue.
We did not eat at the hotel restaurant as there were so many great eateries a short stroll from the hotel.Overall we were happy with the Warwick SF and would stay there again.

Room was very clean and pristine, bathrooms clean and pristine. Placed order night before for breakfast room service and time to be delivered. My grandson eats as soon as he wakes up and food delivered at exactly time I requested to be delivered. Good tasty food. My suggestion is to request to stay at the back of hotel, rooms at front have alot of street noise. The location is great close to Union Square, taxis available,Walgreens across the street, and Starbucks close by.Staff was helpful and friendly, when my reservation was booked incorrectly, but resolved quickly.

This was a good choice for our mini-vacation in the City. The Warwick is within easy walking of shops, restaurants, and all public transportation, and but a moderate walk from Chinatown and The Embarcadero. All was clean and neat, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the mid-week rate just after Christmas 2011 was a clincher.
