Who has ever heard of a bellman who won't take a tip??? When we check in, we were told the restaurant was closed for remodeling. Being on our honeymoon, we expected to be dependent on room service and this wasn't going to work for us. The staff was soooooo cool. They called Expedia to change our hotel! They brought us up to a room with a free bottle of wine to relax while they did so. The bellman wouldn't accept a tip. They spect time with us giving us all their favorite things to do in the city while we were on hold with Expedia. Justin was great. Took us back to our car and wouldn't let us pay for parking. Lauren gave us her card in case the new hotel concierge couldn't answer our questions. Who does this for people who are leaving their hotel???!!! Wow. We can't wait to go back when their restaurant is back up.
