For the money this is a great little place. It's definitely bare bones and not luxurious, but certainly more than adequate for the money. I stayed here in January 2010 and November 2011, and both times the staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean, the shower water-pressure was strong and the TV gets lots of channels. For the money, it's just right. The neighborhood is quirky and fun, with plenty of shops, bakeries and restaurants within wlaking distance. Public transportation is nearby.
