We were really pleased with A-210. I think every unit is different, depending on who owns it. This one had obviously been remodeled recently. The condo was large and had an open, spacious feeling with lots of windows. It was nicely furnished (important to me) - even had local Hawaiian art. We had 2 large bedroom suites, each with a complete bathroom. The kitchen was open so it was easy to socialize and cook at the same time. Loved the flat screen TV's, and dedicated computer desk. It was handy having a washer and dryer right in the unit. Also, we parked right under the unit instead of some huge parking lot. One afternoon it got windy, so we used the pretty pool in the complex (the complex isn't so huge that you need to jockey for a lounge chair). Location is the best - right across the street from the beach, and next to the upscale area called Wailea where I would run every day, plus central to lots of other stuff.
I would certainly stay here again (at least in A-210), and have recommended it to my friends.
