We stayed in room 401. This is a one bedroom with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It has a kitchen with a bar and fully stocked kitchenware. All condos are facing the ocean and you can sit on the balcony (lanai) and just daydream! We would highly recommend this property to anyone. Room 401 needs a little updating and definitely needs an airconditioner in the bedroom. Some units have air in the bedroom so you might want to request that. There is an onsite laundry room with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you are looking for a party scene, then this is not the place for you. It is very quiet and perhaps more for people who just want to relax in quiet atmosphere. There is a park between the ocean and the condo. It is nice to watch people play and walk their dogs. Next time I would probably request a two bedroom on the opposite side.
The management was very nice and very helpful so you can feel free to ask them anything and ask for their suggestions.
Close to shopping and restaurants.

Unit 205 is an end unit with two windows in Master Bedroom. Nice for ventilation. Only used fans:no need for a/c. Nicely furnished, beds are comfortable and unit clean. View from lanai is great. Building managers, Bill & Paula very helpful and keep building and grounds in excellent shape. Would definitely stay here again.

Unit # 104 has a full ocean/palm tree view. The sunsets from the lanai are wonderful. The complex is small and easy to reach. The pool is clean and refreshing. Everything is provided down to beach chairs and umbrellas. Great friendly staff.

I have traveled extensively in Hawaii and have stayed in many condos. We could not believe unit 102... it honestly felt as comfortable as my home, but with a killer view! We would sit on the lanai and watch whales, wind surfers, and the turtles and listen to the birds. The 50 yard lawn is framed by palm trees and faces the ocean and the beautiful sunsets! Every morning we would walk the beach a mile in one direction and another mile the other direction. The condo itself has EVERYTHING a person would need to cook any meal...everything from a drink slushy mixer, rice cooker, spices, and all the pans and cookware needed. The furniture looks to have been newly covered and the surround-sound stereo system is awesome! Having an air conditioner in the bedroom (in addition to the main living area) is a big plus! We can't wait to return!
