My Girlfriend and I stayed in the Swaying Palms Studio for a week and everything was excellent. The property is beautifully manicured with an amazing view of the Pacific. The owners made the stay even better with their generosity and hospitality, and were always able to offer advice on places to go and things to do that were off the beaten path. Maui Ocean Breezes is a must for anyone who wants to be a traveller in Hawaii not just a tourist.

My wife and I have just been planning our visit to Maui to stay at Maui Ocean Breezes and Anjali has been so very helpful in accommodating our needs. We had reserved the 1BR apartment for a week and then later realized we needed more space for our family. Her larger cottage was already booked for the first night we would be there, but she told us we could stay in her studio apartment for the first night and then move to the cottage for the next 6 nights - and she gave us a discount rate on the cottage for the 6 nights. She was so helpful and gave us exactly what we needed. Anjali has been so great in communicating with me about our visit and we can't wait to stay on her property. Thank you Anjali!

I recently was in process of booking with this property and unfortunately had a change of heart due to a bad experience speaking with the owner via phone. To book with this property you simply send a check to the owner (out of state address). There is no way to pay over phone with a credit card or anything. I expressed some concerns about sending a check to someones name verus business and was simply inquiring if there are alternate payment methods. The owner was very rude and quickly told me that I shouldn't book with her then. I was shocked quite honestly and disappointed to say the least. I'm sure the property is wonderful, however, just a heads up that my experience with the business end of things with the owner was very disappointing. Best of luck in your search!

I don't know of a better place to stay on Maui. It was perfect for our trip. We stayed in the Hibiscus Hideaway; it was roomy and had a great kitchen. The covered lanai overlooking the ocean was a fabulous place for meals. The owners thougth of everything. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've seen away from home. The kids had their own room with a separate entrance. It was quiet and dark at night; the stars were wonderful. The wind in the bamboo was especially nice. The location is out of town but centerally located enough to get to all of the places we wanted to see on Maui. We would highly recommend Maui Ocean Breezes and definitely stay there again. Because we booked fairly late, the owner asked us to wire money ahead. This worked out fine.
