#2175 wonderful grounds-mediocre accommodations..... only one frying pan to cook with- no sponges- old tv and music system(time for a flat screen with these prices!!)- parking spaces too limited-- no washer/dryer though there is a laundromat on propertty about 1/4 mi from unit.

Great place, service and beach ! A place to built some good memories! A bit pricey but....generally you get what you pay for.
Kauai is the Island of the "newly wed or nearly dead". It is quiet, lush and very beautiful. It is my favorite for a relaxing, peaceful holiday. If you want a mini L.A. try Oahu. For something in-between choose Maui....Or better even! Try one week (at least) on each!

Stayed here 2/15-2/27 Enjoyed every minute. Castle employees are the best and are always helpful. Our condo was comfortable and the grounds are amazing. It is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Lots of areas to walk and outdoor exercise.

We came here in January 2012 for our honeymoon and had an all around fantastic stay. We had a garden view paradise room, which, although not oceanside, had a great garden view. The unit was very clean and had a great "homey" comfort to it. The landscaping throughout the plantation is supurb; we really enjoyed the orchid garden and natural moir garden. The beach is beautiful and clean as well. The ocean was a little rough for swimming, but we thought it made it fun. It's a great place to learn to surf, and all of the beachside amenities and rentals are very accessable. As far as location goes, there is a lot going on around this loactaion, It's within walking distance of other beaches (Poipu, Shipwreck...) There are also a couple shopping locations close by with a wide variety of shops and fine dining. The pool is also very beautiful but closes a bit early, (6pm). All in all, we would reccommend this to anyone who wants a beautiful, relaxing place to stay on Kaua'i.
