Stayed in the studio apartment. Clean, comfortable bed, nice day bed, and wicker furniture. Edee is a very sweet hostess. Nice small breakfasts (french toast, and the like). Would recommend her B&B, although the studio apartment (out of her rooms offered) definitely seemed like the most private choice.

My husband and I have stayed at Victoria Place 7 times. It is an affordable place to stay and Edee the host is wonderful. She had good advice about where to eat and things to do. She also does not take a commission from the places she recommends. She always is able to point you to a good happy hour, sunset or beach. We will continue to stay here. We were lucky to find her after staying at other places on the island that were too expensive and commercialized.

After reading a most glowing review of this BNB, my wife and I thought that this would be a break from all the hotel accommodations we had lined up for our three week vacation. To keep it short Edee, was a very sweet lady. Her guestrooms though are in grave need of updating and a good cleaning. Bring lots of bug spray. The pool was not clean enough to swim in. Out of a three night stay we had breakfast 1 morning. The breakfast were not as glowing as reported in the travel review books. Save your money and stay in a condo.

Repeat Offenders, that is what we are and proud of it. I found Edee 7 years ago when my husband and I decided our big trip would be to Hawaii. Her website just drew me in and I had my mind made up, even after looking at other occomodations on the internet, that we were staying at this bed and breakfast. This is our third visit to Hawaii and this will be our third time staying with Edee. She's an excellent hostess, cook, and most of all the best travel agent that you could have for recommendations of "different things" to do on the island.
We are celebrating our 25 year anniversary this year and we are spending in Kauai, Hawaii with Edee. She makes you feel like family.
