We got F106 unit and were absolutely satisfied with it. Very spacious and well-equipped, with great lanai and additional grassy plot because of the ground floor location. Nice pool and BBQ zone. Shot walk to the beach in A-bay, 10 minutes drive to Hapuna beach. Very close to King's shops with Roy's and Queen market place with big ABC store and food court, that was very important for us because of our five-year-old child. Also it was great to visit Marriott luau just across the road.

Have stayed in two different units at Vista Waikoloa over the years. Love the location, pool, gym, and the units themselves. Have found the property manager less than friendly, but don't really have to deal with him.

We stayed at Vista D-301 for the second time and it was great. Spacious and decorated with a real tropical feel. All the kitchen appliances have been updated and everything you could ever hope to have is included. This is our second stay here and honestly, it just gets better and better. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. The location is good as well. This is a top floor unit so the views are beautiful. This is one place that is on our calendar yearly as of now.

This unit is spacious and airy with plenty of room for a family of four. The unit was clean and fairly well maintained. The furnishings were comfortable and in good condition, and it was well-equipped with utensils, etc; we appreciated having beach chairs and a boogie-board to use. There are interrupted views of the ocean, and we were able to catch a few nice sunsets from the veranda. The mountain views of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and Hualalai are very nice.

There is a business center at Vista Waikoloa where you can access the Internet and print boarding passes, etc. This was very handy. The pool facilities were nice, but we didn’t use them much. There were four gas grills for guest use. These were all relatively clean and in good working condition, and much appreciated!

The only significant down-side to this unit is its proximity to the main road through Waikoloa and the noise of passing trucks and buses. It was anything but quiet. The walk to the beach (A-beach) is a bit lengthy, but not unpleasant. The walk along the beach to the Hilton is very nice with great sunset views.
