The approach to the cottage is glorious - amazingly lush rainforrest drive and easy to find. Once there, we were greeted promptly by the groundskeeper, Kathy, and shown to the Enchanted Forrest Room (updated since photos here were taken - even better now), where we stayed 2 nights. The facilities were all very clean and linens fresh, which are critical for a pleasant stay anywhere. The bed and pillows were perfect for my finicky body and neck! We liked the separateness of that room from the rest of the house, esp. the private balcony overlooking the forrest - the birds were as delighted and excited about being there as we were. My husband loved sitting downstairs on the comfortable veranda furniture drinking his wine while reading his kindle, relaxing in the cool air of the altitude and smelling the musky perfumes of rainforrest surrounding the place. Hot tub and breakfast were great treats as well. Having a fireplace in the room was completely romantic and cozy - leave the kids at home! :)
