Deserving of number one on Tripadvisor. We felt like we were staying with our favourite family as we were welcomed to a very comfortable and spacious home. We were able to enjoy the communal areas unencumbered - pool, jacuzzi and outdoor lounging area. Additionally, there was ample quality reading material about the region, along with the privilege for guests, that the hosts share their personal choice of bits and pieces as decorations for the rooms.
A fitting end to our adventures on the Big Island. Thank you!!!

My 18 year old daughter and I stayed here in JUly 2011 for a few days while setting her up in school for the next year. Steve was wonderful, easy and very helpful. Breakfast was fantasic! I travel all over the world for my job and this is by far the best place I have ever stayed in EVERY aspect. Thank you...... My husband and I will be there soon!!

The room we had was massive and very comfortable. There's an amazingly pretty communal area outside too. Thankfully the plumbing is rock solid, because with all the fresh fruit Steve serves for breakfast, it needs to be! Only thing worth considering is that it's a few miles out of town and a car is required to get into Hilo.
