“Wonderful Location and Accommodations”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 October 2010

This is the second time my husband and I have reserved a condo in Jackson through JHRL. This year we brought other family members with us. We have stayed in the Aspens which is a lovely area with homes and condos. Most of the landscaping is natural with streams and wildlife in abundance. However, Teton Pines is just down the road and is the same type of environment. JHRL management personnel were very accommodating with any specific requests we had. Jackson Hole area is so beautiful we intend to return for another vacation and will certainly use JHRL as the contact for rentals.

“Teton Village Condo was a great value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 October 2009

Our room was perfect. We rented a 2Br/1Bath condo in teton village and could not have been more pleased. We stayed 5 nights /6 days. The room was equip with pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker (and starter coffee) and storage for left overs. Though we barely cooked, it was comforting to know we were prepared for the few meals we did. The mid week maintenance cleaning included was a bonus. The location was just outside of Jackson, and it was out of the mainstream. Shopping at the supermarket was a bit away, but that was the very reason we chose to stay there...because it was away from all that! Just 7 miles from Grand Teton National Park and its breathtaking views, and another hour to Yellowstone. I can't say enough about that. Oh and did I mention the moose, elk, cayote and bison sitings? Wow!

“Eagle's Rest Condominiums”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 June 2008

We booked our stay through Rendezvous Mountain Rentals - not sure how they are connected to Jackson Hole Reservations at www.jacksonhole.net, (where we actually made the reservation) but everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Stayed in ER # 11. This was an okay accommodation; not the cheapest but a decent value. We were in town for a wedding and sight-seeing; it made a great home base. There were five adults and 1 child. It was clean and in relatively good repair; two stories. Well-supplied kitchen and lots of reading material if you have the time! Beds were very comfortable. Master bedroom was large; nice bathroom and great shower. Other bedrooms were smallish. 2.5 bath total.

Complaints: Wireless wasn't working - but we could connect directly into the DSL router.
The foyer is raised and there is a small step down into the living room and the kitchen. Don't know if all the condos are the same layout but beware. There wasn't one of us - including visitors - that didn't miss the step at least once! We aren't complete klutz's - it just isn't obvious. They need to mark it somehow.
Most of the furniture is comfortable - the dining room chairs aren't.
One more thing - there is construction going on in the neighborhood and the workers start at exactly 7:00 am. Fortunately the days were so beautiful we were already up!

Final comment: good value, nice place, not perfect.

“Could be nicer...broken furniture/dirty linen”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 February 2008

A 3 bedroom 6 person condo with a sofa bed for a 7/8 person.
Large fireplace supplied with wood and a balcony with a little bit of a view. Free Wi-Fi connection which was a good bonus.

Location good - 3 mins walk to the ski lift, a very sound unit in the teton condo area.
Check in was easy and initial contact with staff good, but when i tried to give below feedback on checkout, I was told to put it in writing!!!

Stayed for 5 nights but only 2 firelighters supplied to start open fire in large fire place. they charged for extra firelighters (cheaper to buy at store next door!!!)

2 beds were broken to the point they were held together by thin metal brackets..this led to excessive movement every time you rolled over in the night.

3 Lights did not work at all.

Overall, the place could be so much better along with this review if they took a little more care.

“Purchaser Beware”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 July 2007

Beware of this place. The accomodations are terrible. We stayed in a resort called Eagles Rest. The condo needed major renovations. The bathroom were so small, you felt like you were in a stall.
Also there is no air in any of these places and while they try and tell you , it is normally not hot there these units are hot and stay hot even at night when it cools down. There were no celing fans in the rooms, they gave you a couple of portable fans, but they did not help. Some of the windows were stationary and didn't open, so you would have to leave the sliding glass doors opens.

Patio furniture was an old pinic table, give me a break. I guess a table and chairs would cost more. Plus there was not much to look at when you sat on your little patio.

The whole place is depressing and will ruin your vacation. This is our second year coming to Jackson and the first year we stayed in snow king at eagles ridge. It was wonderful.

Also, when we checked out , there was no staff available. You had to go to the gas station next door. They didn't want to deal with you, but it sounded commom that these folks are not "always ready to service you". Find somewhere else in town, to stay you will be much happier.

  • Liked — nothing
