First off the hotel is run down, very unorganized! The front desk was a joke! Management? Where do I even start I don't even think they know what they are doing! When I asked for the owners name and number I was denied it!? They said it was "confidential"! I know that they are all privately owned! So I will be contacting the main office in AZ! The food , well there was hair in it!!! Absolutely disgusting! The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean! That is the only thing that was good about the stay! There was a lady (head housekeeper) who was cussing and yelling at the other housekeepers first thing in the morning!She seemed to be mad that there was an inspection coming up! They need someone to go undercover and see how it really is! Now isn't that the appearance that you want to portray for " nice" place to stay! I am generally not too picky about the grounds but for the price of the room they could at least pick up a broom and sweep the walkways! I did leave the housekeeper a nice tip considering what kind of person they had to work under!I will not be staying there on my way back would rather stay at the Holiday Inn! The people in Sheridan are quite nice and the town is beautiful but this "hotel" as it is called is no place to waste money at!!!

I was unsure about this place because I'm not a big fan of hotels with room doors leading directly outside, but this place was fantastic! The rooms are clean & spacious and smell nice. The bed & linens were very comfortable. There is a restaurant on the property that is very good and several restaurants down the street, as well. It was very quiet, other than a loud train went by briefly at 5 am. There is a nice, indoor pool also. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.

This was our third experience with this hotel.. The staff were very accommodating.to our needs.
Great location- you can walk to the movies, restaurants etc. Walking trail right behind the building-we enjoyed the autumn colors along the river alot. Easy town to get around..
One of the best surprises was a free pass to the YMCA. What an incredible facility!
It is just around the corner and we had a blast!

The property is sprawling, encompassing a couple of city blocks. The two main buildings are connected by a sky bridge. Rooms were spacious with high ceilings. Beds were pillowtop mattresses with down comforters. Our room had a nice little balcony with bars and railings such that we felt safe letting our toddlers wander in and out, which they loved. Our room was on the end of the building, but was pretty unaffected by the busy Main Street location.

Breakfast was a full hot buffet in the attached restaurant. We were issued coupons upon check in. They did a fair job of keeping it stocked, thanks to a supervisor who was on hand to keep the crew rolling. Both bacon and sausage were offered. Scrambled eggs were pretty dry and powdery. Coffee was decent. Could have used more fresh fruit.

We will definitely stay here again the next time we pass through Sheridan
