We ended up in this motel because it was late and I ran out of gas. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and heading towards Cheyenne. As soon as we got a room I wished that we would have asked for a refund. The smell was enough to make you nauseated. All the rooms were on the second and third floor with very narrow stairs that you had to go up. The shower in the bathroom was so gross we didn't even clean up after our trip for the day. The toilet wasn't bolted to the floor and there was leaky stuff coming out of the base of it. Did I mention the smell of the whole place? Rawlins is a wonderful town and we are planning on visiting again...but this hotel should be shut down. And when we went to complain ( I don't think anyone there spoke or understood english- but they knew the word credit card) all the woman said to us was, "Thank you come again". And that is no joke.

We were on our way to Salt Lake City area...It was geting dark and we were tired. We stopped at the 1st choice they wanted a $45 deposit of our dogs and had no ground floor rooms. So we went on down the road, Stopped at theBest Inn...Ha Ha HA
It had a Triple discount and accepet dogs. That is the ONLY good part about this motel. It smelled there were dirty clothes in the closet, and the roof had a leak which had one whole corner of the cieling was moldy. We paid 70 dollars and I wish we would have just left before staying there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ofr any reason.
