I requested a non-smoking room due to the fact that my daughter and I are asthmatic. After rushing to get both my children ready for bed, I realized the smell in the room was from a previous tenant who had smoked. The screen was off the window, there were holes in the bedding, the chairs and floor covered with stains, and a loud pipe popping sound all night long. I mentioned all of this to the young man (who looked like he just rolled out of bed himself) at the counter and realized that I was not going to receive any assistance when he told me he would mention it to the owner. My family and I are traveling long hours in our car and expect a decent night sleep which we did not encounter.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good and the computer in the lobby was a nice amenity. We definitely would stay here again.

“Terrible Place To Try and Sleep”

At 1:00 am smoke detector starting making noise and we finally got moved to a different room about 2:00am. Management didn't consider it an inconvenience to us that we paid to sleep and were up most of the night. Very very Rude and inconsiderate. Paid full rate for 1/4 of a nights sleep.

This is one of the nicest America's Best Value Inn's I have stayed at. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was available at 5:00 AM, which is great for those of us that like to get going early. However, I would recommend not eating at the truck stop next door. That food was awful.

“the best motel in the west”
we stayed here when we were visiting in Rawlins. It was very nice ! Very clean and quiet and there was a nice selection of goodies for breakfast.
we would recommend this place to everyone !
