The rooms are newly renovated with beautiful furnishings. We have a spacious room with a king bed, big desk, credenza, table & chairs - but not the usual motel kind. On the bed was a feather blanket...heaven!! There was also on premises an indoor pool and spa but we did not use them. The breakfast was very nice in a small meeting room with a number of 4 seat tables and a comfortable chair setting in the corner. They have games and books and a tv so it can also be used as an out-of-the-room gathering place. Each table had a basket with a journal so guests could jot their greetings and thoughts at breakfast - very nice touch. There is a gift shop in the lobby with very nice souvenir items. i would have loved to stay there longer.

This is a very nice and comfortable stop. A little pricey, but so are the rest in this area this time of year. The room was super comfortable and the breakfast was good.

We were returing from our trip to Sturgis and points north and stayed at this lovely motel. The Covered Wagon staff is gracious and friendly. The rooms are large, super clean, well equipped and very relaxing. Nice outdoor pool and shady patio area. Very nice complimentary breakfast and it's competetively priced. We recommend this facility highly. We also recommend you stay the hell out of eastern Wyoming if at all possible! I'm told it's not the Gateway to oblivion, but you can see it from there!

The front desk lady was very nice & helpful. The room was very clean & comfortable, with cozy decor. The breakfast dining area was well maintained & had a good breakfast. The entire hotel was really nice!
