I would rather lick up dog vomit in the parking lot than stay here again. The staff was rude, the restaurant was disgusting and unhygienic, and the Chinese are friendlier towards dogs. We stayed here due to getting caught in a white-out snow storm. In retrospect, we should have taken our chances through the snow.

The Little America Hotel and Travel Center is a true oasis in the mddle of nowhere.

Our 2 bedded guest room was actually two rooms -- one bed was in the living area and the second bed was in a connecting room all of its own. Not new decor but in good shape and very clean. The dogs loved being so close to their "walking field". The outdoor oval swimming pool, set amid lush lawns, was refreshing on a hot day and relaxing with its view of the surrounding mountains. We had a good dinner in the dining room -- not fancy but the meal hit the spot and was served in a pleasant and efficient manner. The snack bar had some decent items for breakfast and we are able to replace our travelling coffee thermos in the gift shop. When we checked in, numerous freeway travellers were picnicing at the outdoor tables, not staying here but just relaxing from their long drives.

In the morning, we awoke refreshed for our drive into Denver.

In making a long distance move, this motel was a great respite. Although it is a truck stop the rooms are spacious and very clean. Well priced and worth a stay.

Billboards announced this hotel way in advance. Normally we don't fall for this but this time we took a chance and were glad we did. Spacious retro room, comfortable bed, quiet. Beautiful exterior with leafy trees. Wish they had a complimentary continental breakfast.
