This is second time we've stayed here and the quality of service, lodging, and the Granary are top notch. The setting and views from our Inn room were astounding. The Granary restaurant serves excellent food with personalized service. Even in the heavy snow, the roads were kept open. We will come again.

We honeymooned at SCR. They gave my husband a bit of a hard time when he switched our reservation from their special to the Jetsetter rate. The Granary restaurant was the biggest disappointment, there is way better food and better value in Jackson Hole, i.e. Rendezvous Bistro (or at least way better food next door at the Amangani, if you don't have a car). It must be said, their Teton views from the cabins are unsurpassed, especially for the price. Rooms are a bit plain, but clean.

We hosted our daugther's wedding ceremony and reception (80 guests) in the Sagebrush ballroom at Spring Creek Ranch in December 2011 and were very pleased with the entire experience. Additionally, our family and most of our guests spent two nights in the hotel rooms on the property and enjoyed the full breakfasts (included in the room package rates) at the Granary Restaurant a short walk from the rooms.

From the planning phases, throughout the actual event and the review of the final bill a couple of days later, we were very pleased with the attentiveness and professionalism of all the staff members we dealt with, including the Event Coordinator (Samatha), Manager (Chad), Chef (Tim) and Lodging Coordinator (Val).

We were especially happy that both Chad and Samantha were present throughout the entire day and evening to make sure everything ran smoothly and according to schedule. The hors d'oeuvres and meals that Tim and his staff prepared were both plentiful and delicious (receiving many compliments from our guests).

There were many details to plan including special lodging requests, schedules, logistics, 3rd party vendors, outdoor seating and heating (on the deck), sleigh ride for the bride & groom etc. The Spring Creek staff were helpful and supportive and obviously very experienced. They were of great assistance to my wife who made most of the arrangements. There were no ugly surpriises or snafus at all throughout the entire event; everything went as planned and Spring Creek delivered a first rate service as promised.

The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but the overall effect is rustic and charming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the views are unmatched and their proximity to the Granary restaurant and the ballroom was of great convenience to everyone attending the wedding.
The final bill was fully itemized and the charges were exactly as quoted beforehand. This is not a place to do a wedding on the cheap, but we found the prices to be reasonable.

All in all this was a great venue for the wedding. The fanatastic views and the facilities provided a great background to the event (the fact that we lucked out with a beautiful December day helped too). The ceremony was held on the deck adjacent to the ballroom with a straight on view of the Tetons (though everyone's eyes were on the Bride!).
