My daughter and just arrived home from our first trip to Jackson. We stayed at the Rustic and enjoyed every aspect. The girls at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Shuttle drivers, especially Forest, were informative and professional. We ate at the bar a couple of times and had great meals. Breakfast was tasty as well. We will be staying here again in the future.

This trip was the best. We were on one of the last planes in before a three-day snowstorm, and everything was perfect, starting with the airport shuttle driver who was friendly and knowledgeable. The cabin was comfortable, with a gas fireplace and excellent bed. The gourmet breakfast buffet really is gourmet and amazing. We couldn't believe it was included at the quite reasonable room rate.
The people there are very helpful, the heated pool was great, and it was an easy walk to the center of town. Across the street is the Jackson information center - really worth a visit, with a shuttle to the elk refuge (also not to be missed). After a one-day delay, we caght the first jet out with lots of great memories.

My wife and I spent a week at the Rustic Inn during Jan 2011. There was about 2 feet of snow on the ground at the time :o) We chose a creek side cabin and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The roads and paths were kept clear of snow. The rooms were cleaned promptly each day. We did not see that the heavy snow affected the operation of the property at all. My only marginal issue was poor wifi coverage.

We are planning a Sept 2012 stay with our daughter and her husband.

We spent 8 nights at the inn in our own little cabin - everything was fabulous. The beds were comfortable, the housekeeping staff kept the cabin clean and well stocked; the breakfast was fresh, tea and coffee in the lobby all day, support staff to tend to every need - we would go back here in a heart beat. Thank you to everyone for making a very enjoyable vacation for us!
